June is handwork month at A Little Garden Flower and the radio show will follow suit by discussing handwork on our weekly morning show. Our show can be downloaded from our store. In last week's show, we began to study some of Steiner's indications for handwork. A great book to start with is "Handwork Indications" by Steiner. It can be found for free online - CLICK HERE to download it.
Handwork is very important for the child's development, but is often overlooked with our busy schedules. As you begin your planning for next year, be sure to put in weekly time for handwork. Like anything in life, you will need to make it a priority in order to get it done. You can do it!
As promised, here is a handwork pattern from our book "Before the Journey" (the full book can be found in our store).
